Who Killed the Electric Car?

A highly entertaining movie about a recent popular car that was crushed (literally) by the automobile industry, supposedly because consumers didn’t want it. If you’ve never seen this movie, maybe you will enjoy this free showing at the Bagdad Theater. Here’s some text copied from the event web site:

Who Killed the Electric Car? Free showing, Sunday Oct 26, 2008, 5-8 PM, Bagdad Theater, 3702 SE Hawthorne Blvd, Portland, OR 97214. Join us for a free showing of this great movie, followed by a panel discussion. FREE showing of Who Killed the Electric Car  followed by a panel discussion on the topic. Sunday October 26th.  Doors open at 4:00.  Movie starts at 5:00.  Come early to mingle and network. Presented by Multnomah County Sustainability Events and supported by Solar Oregon.
