What kind of invention do you think would make the greatest difference in people’s lives?

If your mind is drifting towards a fancy electronic gadget with color screens, that’s fine, but you might stop to consider this: clean drinking water is unavailable for over one billion people. A CHEAP device that would make contaminated water drinkable would be one very cool invention. (And if your profit margin is a measely $0.01 per person, you will still become quite rich.)

Here’s one possibility: the Lifestraw.
